Cache your shop per country. Everyone sees the right VAT price.
Most page caches keep one copy of a page. A shop that shows prices including the VAT rate of the visitor’s country cannot use that: whoever fills the cache decides the price everyone else sees. Wonderful Geo Page Cache keeps one copy per visitor country and per cookie you name.
The country comes from the GeoLite2-Country database WooCommerce already maintains on your server; nothing is sent anywhere. Language or country redirects for first-time visitors are cached too, and so is the “first visit” cookie your site sets. Visitors who are logged in or have something in their cart always get a fresh page, and the cache empties itself when content, products, stock, prices or taxes change. Pages stay cached until then: the security tokens in a page are renewed every time it is served, and a prewarmer refills the cache in the background, so visitors rarely meet a page that has to be rendered first.
Made for WooCommerce shops with country-dependent prices that slow down under bots and scanners: a cached page costs about a millisecond instead of a full WordPress render.
